Dicto – absolutely free and with a full solution to the problems language barrier. Dicto has a complete set of properties characteristic of high-quality integrated translation tools, including the possibility of using global hot keys for translation from external applications, high operating speed and support large vocabularies included in the kit distribution.

Instructions for adding dictionaries:

* Run your browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome or other)
* Open the browser address http://xdxf.revdanica.com/down/
* In the “Search Parameters”, in the dropdown menu “From”, select the language with which you need a translation (eg “English”)
* In the same field in the dropdown menu “To”, select the dictionary language in which you want to get the word (eg “Russian”)
* Select the dictionary to suit your needs (for example “English-Russian full dictionary”) of the proposed dictionary you need, and upload it to your hard drive
* Unpack the archive with a dictionary in any directory. To unpack the archive is recommended to use the archiver 7-Zip or WinRar
* Drag the unzipped xdxf-file on the window Dicto. A converter box. If you want to continue converting the dictionary in the automatic mode, click the “Convert”. Warning: converting the dictionary – this is disposable, but, unfortunately, quite a lengthy operation, which may take several minutes.
* After converting the dictionary window appears with a message that conversion is complete. Click OK

Open Dicto click on the icon in the tray. Dictionary imported, you can begin work. Do not forget to select the dictionaries for the translation direction in the program settings. If you want to add more dictionaries, repeat the above instructions.
